Description

• Accountable for the effective and efficient flow of business through the CX architecture and productivity metrics of processes and capabilities • Align with Experience Designers and SMEs on implementation of end-to-end integrated processes and standard work metrics • Refine user stories to reflect detailed business requirements and develop mock-ups to validate needs • Responsible for user story grooming and developing acceptance criteria • Guide feature POD on definition of new development and successful hand off to AMS support POD for execution • Conduct UAT for enhancements and clarify incidents as needed • Lead discovery sessions to identify functional process improvement opportunities. • Align with stakeholders on priority of enhancements and communicate estimated delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders on test scenario creation, testing, and change management. • Document data flows and provide requirements to analytics team for reports and dashboards. • Provide support to customers as issues arise. • Conduct root cause analysis, track resolution, and communicate the solution. • Meet with other project/business functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues. • Document existing and new processes. • Effectively manage prioritizing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery. • Ensures technology design aligns with Cyber Security requirements. • Conducts training and support on Salesforce functionality when required • Partners with leadership to recommend solutions to business needs based upon ongoing research into new system features and functionality • Partners with developers and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully implemented, thorough testing is complete, and system quality maintained • Effectively manages projects including project timelines, resource allocation, communication, risk identification and management and other issues • Maintains functionality and enhancements for integrated systems • Provide business and IT change management • Produce high quality documentation • Innovative; view challenges from multiple angles and bring new ideas into the organization; challenge status quo • Works off-hours on troubleshooting and system upgrades when required • All other duties as assigned • Ability to travel as business needs require. Estimated travel for this position will be up to 25%. • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone (8am-5pm) and support initiatives in off-hours as needed to ensure timeline commitments are met. • Ability to work remote while enhancing relationships through team norms (IE: Video meetings) • Champion Continuous Improvement (The Masterbrand Way)

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems • 3+ years minimum work experience in Salesforce • Salesforce.com Admin Certifications preferred • Successful customer outcomes in small and medium scale project management • Experience with manufacturing and distribution companies preferred • Coding experience desired but not required
