Description

β€’ Accountable for the effective and efficient flow of business through the CX architecture and productivity metrics of processes and capabilities β€’ Align with Experience Designers and SMEs on implementation of end-to-end integrated processes and standard work metrics β€’ Refine user stories to reflect detailed business requirements and develop mock-ups to validate needs β€’ Responsible for user story grooming and developing acceptance criteria β€’ Guide feature POD on definition of new development and successful hand off to AMS support POD for execution β€’ Conduct UAT for enhancements and clarify incidents as needed β€’ Lead discovery sessions to identify functional process improvement opportunities. β€’ Align with stakeholders on priority of enhancements and communicate estimated delivery. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders on test scenario creation, testing, and change management. β€’ Document data flows and provide requirements to analytics team for reports and dashboards. β€’ Provide support to customers as issues arise. β€’ Conduct root cause analysis, track resolution, and communicate the solution. β€’ Meet with other project/business functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues. β€’ Document existing and new processes. β€’ Effectively manage prioritizing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery. β€’ Ensures technology design aligns with Cyber Security requirements. β€’ Conducts training and support on Salesforce functionality when required β€’ Partners with leadership to recommend solutions to business needs based upon ongoing research into new system features and functionality β€’ Partners with developers and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully implemented, thorough testing is complete, and system quality maintained β€’ Effectively manages projects including project timelines, resource allocation, communication, risk identification and management and other issues β€’ Maintains functionality and enhancements for integrated systems β€’ Provide business and IT change management β€’ Produce high quality documentation β€’ Innovative; view challenges from multiple angles and bring new ideas into the organization; challenge status quo β€’ Works off-hours on troubleshooting and system upgrades when required β€’ All other duties as assigned β€’ Ability to travel as business needs require. Estimated travel for this position will be up to 25%. β€’ Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone (8am-5pm) and support initiatives in off-hours as needed to ensure timeline commitments are met. β€’ Ability to work remote while enhancing relationships through team norms (IE: Video meetings) β€’ Champion Continuous Improvement (The Masterbrand Way)

Requirements

β€’ 4-year degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems β€’ 3+ years minimum work experience in Salesforce β€’ Salesforce.com Admin Certifications preferred β€’ Successful customer outcomes in small and medium scale project management β€’ Experience with manufacturing and distribution companies preferred β€’ Coding experience desired but not required
