📋 Description
• Provide ongoing technical support to Ethereum community members • Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders including sales, development, and management • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently within the Ethereum ecosystem • Contribute to documentation by adding issues and solutions, and enhancing documentation as necessary • Execute SQL queries to verify user information within Ethereum applications • Collaborate with DevOps team as required
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role in the Ethereum ecosystem • Strong understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, web3.js, and IPFS • Proficient in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance • Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database systems • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging Ethereum technologies
