Requirements

β€’ 10+ years in social strategy roles, with extensive experience in developing and executing multi-platform paid, owned, and shared social media programs. β€’ Ability to leverage consumer insights, platform performance, and social media trends to develop effective strategies and plans. β€’ Proven experience in integrating social media and paid media strategies to create cohesive marketing programs. β€’ Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve client goals. β€’ Willingness to be deeply involved in the work of assigned accounts, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively. β€’ Proven experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams across multiple clients. β€’ In-depth knowledge of strategic social planning, community management, advocacy, influencer strategy, channels, publishing, and creative best practices. β€’ Familiarity with social and media analytics, insights, and reporting for program optimization. β€’ Established relationships with social marketing platforms and vendors; recognized as a subject matter expert in the social and paid media landscape. β€’ Exceptional organizational and communication skills to maintain brand integrity and engage with a broad user base. β€’ Actively engaged in social media with a solid understanding of community dynamics and interaction.
