📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager. • Product marketing managers at Matrix42 spearhead all marketing efforts for their assigned product(s). • These individuals deeply understand their target audience’s everyday challenges and can clearly communicate how their product helps solve customer problems and create value. • Through close collaborations with product owners, sales and marketing teams, product marketing managers can shape effective marketing content.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration in technical and business teams, leading without direct authority. • Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization to drive alignment and achieve objectives. • Deep industry understanding , including customer needs, competitors’ landscape and emerging market trends and their impact on our business. • Experience in driving sales readiness processes for new innovations or new products, including pricing, definition of product positioning, value proposition, product messaging and enablement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in product marketing content creation, including both thought leadership and product collateral. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills : Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, customer insights, and performance metrics, informing strategic and tactical decisions. • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business goals together with product, sales and marketing teams.
