• Develop, manage, and close business within target accounts in Large Enterprise and Public Sector Organizations • Prospect and develop opportunities in target markets and accounts • Engage with new and existing users of Mattermost to provide value around the technology platform • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple engagement points • Execute solution and value selling to existing customers and new prospects • Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of Mattermost and products • Build pipeline of new logo ARR and some expansion ARR • Forecast business on a weekly cadence • Ensure successful adoption of Mattermost products through strong account management • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
• Significant enterprise sales and customer facing experience • Fluent in German • Experience selling a technical product • Track record in developing and closing large, complex deals • 4+ years successful quota attainment • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Dynamic experience in an emerging company environment • Creation and execution of territory strategy and business plans • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities • Become a Mattermost expert and evangelize the Collaboration for Mission Critical value proposition
