β€’ Mattermost provides secure, workflow-centric collaboration for technical and operational teams. β€’ We serve industries requiring nation-state-level security with customers from tech giants to government agencies. β€’ The role involves guiding customers through Mattermost implementation and integration as the communication platform for their teams. β€’ Key tasks include identifying integration points and evolving onboarding processes through continuous improvement. β€’ This highly technical role requires a growth mindset and involves solving customer challenges across diverse technologies.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or Solution Engineering experience. β€’ Ability to read and understand code in modern programming languages and SQL. β€’ Proficiency in Linux and troubleshooting Linux-based services. β€’ Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes. β€’ Understanding of DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, and container platforms. β€’ Experience using Git/Github and Bash. β€’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Excellent presentation skills for advanced technical concepts. β€’ Experience leading technical solutions and engaging with IT executives. β€’ AWS or Azure experience is a plus. β€’ Ability to travel up to 15%.
