β€’ Max Retail is a secure online marketplace connecting over 2,000 independent retailers to efficiently sell their excess inventory. β€’ Our platform leverages a vast network of online and offline retailers, empowering sellers to convert unsold goods into revenue streams. β€’ With Max Retail, sellers can enhance their sell-through rates and access new customer segments for increased market reach. β€’ We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP of Marketing to play a key role in driving revenue growth and shaping our brand presence across B2B marketplaces and D2C e-commerce channels. β€’ You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new customers, retain existing sellers, and maximize customer lifetime value. β€’ You will have a deep understanding of both performance and product marketing, with proven experience in B2B and D2C environments. β€’ This role requires a highly analytical and results-oriented individual who can contribute to the success of our marketing team and the overall growth of the company. β€’ A key focus of this role will be to position our B2B brand as a true technology company for retail companies, and build a captivating D2C brand for our owned sales channels.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. β€’ 10+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing and product marketing, with a proven track record of success in both B2B marketplaces and D2C e-commerce. β€’ 5+ years managing high performing teams β€’ Deep understanding of performance marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing. β€’ Solid understanding of product marketing principles and strategies for driving product adoption and engagement. β€’ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in using marketing analytics tools and platforms. β€’ Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques. β€’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. β€’ Passion for marketing innovation and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic company.
