📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. • Optimize our strategies and tactics for the network effects we need to grow Inflect to be the industry dominant marketplace. • Lead all types of marketing efforts, including digital, content, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and traditional marketing. • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Commercial to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance. • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading all types of marketing efforts, including digital marketing • A Strong understanding of digital infrastructure and marketplace dynamics (ie network effects) • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
