Description
• The Quality Support Fleet Engineer is responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of deployed autonomous vehicle fleets by providing technical expertise and quality assurance. • This role focuses on triaging fleet issues, analyzing data to identify systemic problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution. • The engineer ensures field operations meet safety and quality standards, implements corrective and preventive actions, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or commensurate quality experience • Valid U.S. Driver’s License • Ability to undergo driving record check • Ability to interpret engineering documents, including CAD drawings and wiring diagrams • Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience operating and debugging complex electro-mechanical systems • Ability to compose technical documentation such as how-to and debugging guides • Capability to engage in real-time remote product support • Comfortable continuously learning new softwares and workflows • Ability to quickly prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to work non-standard work hours as needed, including working weekends, holidays and shift-based schedules • Ability to work PST to support international customers
