• MBL Technologies, Inc. offers a diverse set of management and technology consulting services to Federal government and commercial markets. • Our solutions are tailored to support each client’s mission, accounting for their unique needs and operating environments to ensure success. • We bring the right people, capabilities, and expertise together to assist our clients with enabling their mission. • MBL Technologies is hiring an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team in supporting a federal agency with diverse IT projects. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing both small and large-scale projects, leveraging their expertise in the full systems development life cycle (SDLC), and applying Agile and Kanban methodologies. • As a consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience with both small and large IT projects in support of government agencies. • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of IT projects. • Extensive experience with full systems development life cycle (SDLC), enterprise wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure, and management practices. • Extensive experience identifying and mitigating risks. • Experience in tracking and managing costs, schedule, and performance progress. • Demonstrated success as a PM for cyber security projects. • Demonstrated success in agile development, specifically, Lean and/or Kanban. • Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related scientific / technical discipline. • 15 years of experience with IT project management within a federal agency. • Possess and maintain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, including all continuing education credits. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. • Prior experience working with Veterans Affairs preferred.
