Description
• Primary point of contact for tax related and reporting requirements on equity compensation • Perform detailed analysis for equity compensation tax & accounting scenarios • Review and reconcile equity payroll taxes to the general ledger • Responsible for end-to-end equity transactions • Provide ad hoc reporting/projects as needed
Requirements
• 2+ years of accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred • Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll System, ADP Employment Tax Service preferred • US payroll tax experience preferred • Strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Advanced-level skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
