Requirements

β€’ 9 years professional / sales experience β€’ 1-year (min) leading people directly or indirectly β€’ Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record β€’ 7-year MVR check during pre-employment β€’ Experience selling to C-suite β€’ Financial acumen (compare quarterly trends, year to year growth, margin erosion, etc.) β€’ Mature confidence and self-awareness (can influence others diplomatically) β€’ Superior communication skills β€’ Ability to make difficult decisions and have difficult conversations β€’ Demonstrated performance management skills β€’ Demonstrated sales leadership skills β€’ Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and CRM tools β€’ Experience in distribution sales β€’ Prior healthcare experience is preferred
