• Review draft contracts from pharmaceutical sponsors and negotiate changes toward a final contract. • Duties include reviewing clinical trial agreements, amendments, and confidentiality agreements. • Collaborate with Sarah Cannon Legal and other departments to ensure clear interests. • Communicate with clinics and hospitals represented by Sarah Cannon. • Negotiate agreements with sponsors and research organizations. • Engage in professional contact to ensure understanding and resolution of issues. • Revise contracts to include and track changes. • Keep management informed of contract issues and timelines. • Coordinate with Budget Analysts to ensure budgets are completed before execution. • Communicate with Sarah Cannon Legal for compliance with legal requirements. • Assist management and executives with issues related to contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • At least 1 year of experience in contract language. • Negotiating contracts in a Health Care Research setting strongly preferred. • Experienced in negotiation strategies with proven success. • Strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail. • In-depth understanding of complex contractual language. • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships. • Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive and self-driven attitude.
