• Identify and assess operational risks within IT landscape • Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans • Monitor and manage risks associated with operations • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans when required • Create and maintain risk management policies and procedures • Ensure effective communication of risk management policies and procedures • Provide training and support to staff on risk management practices • Work closely with various departments to identify potential risks • Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management • Monitor and analyze risk trends and emerging risks • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address risk-related issues • Conduct regular reviews and updates of risk management processes • Develop and maintain risk management tools and systems • Participate in risk management committees and working groups • Provide guidance and support to junior risk management staff • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes • Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field • Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM) is preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Experience with risk assessment and mitigation techniques • Proficiency in risk management tools and systems • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work • Experience in conducting internal audits and reviews • Ability to prepare and present risk management reports • Strong project management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
