Description
• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations. • Takes a lead position in analyzing clinical, business and/or technical processes. • Provides advanced technical expertise for software applications. • Serves as a liaison between IT Department, vendors and clients. • Gathers and prioritizes development initiatives. • Provides analysis of workflow and recommends solutions. • Offers technical/application assistance to clients and IT staff. • Manages system upgrades and large projects. • Develops timelines for implementation. • Completes tasks on time and meets assignment dates. • Ensures system changes follow change management procedures. • Creates and maintains documentation for assigned applications. • Participates in support for systems and through implementations. • Participates in an on-call rotation schedule for client support. • Works collaboratively with IT Educators for training updates. • Serves as a mentor to Epic Applications Analysts I and II.
Requirements
• Minimum of four years of Epic build experience. • Minimum of six years of computer system application modifications and support experience. • Minimum of six years of PC-oriented experience to include basic word processing and spreadsheets. • Project Management experience desired. • Presentation, communication and interpersonal skills required. • Ability to multi-task. • Epic Certification or Accreditation. • Minimum of an Associate degree in Healthcare/Computer Science/Business from an accredited school or equivalent work experience
