Description

•The Senior Project Manager in our M&A Integration team will take ownership of complex integration projects, overseeing the execution of integration plans and ensuring that key objectives are achieved. •You will work closely with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and external partners to drive the successful integration of people, processes, and systems. •This is a critical role in ensuring that our M&A strategy delivers maximum value and aligns with our overall business goals.

Requirements

•Strong experience in M&A integration, project management, or related fields (such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation). Experience in leading or supporting M&A integrations is highly desirable •Strong project management experience of utilising Project Management methodologies – Prince, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, black belt, PMP, MOP, MSP, ITIL •Ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented approach •Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and motivate others •Detail-oriented and able to balance high-level strategic goals with day-to-day execution •Proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a constantly changing environment •A strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographies •Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and able to drive clarity and alignment •Prior experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sector, advantageous •Prior experience in a multinational company, advantageous
