• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing digital marketing teams. • Demonstrated success in optimizing ROI in previous digital marketing roles. • Experience in managing complex digital marketing projects from MVP to market launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. • Experience in the dating & adult industry is a plus but not mandatory. • Analytical and creative mindset, with proactive decision-making abilities.
