Requirements

• Has at least 7 years of UX design experience including at least 2 years on enterprise software • Is comfortable working in Figma • Has excellent organizational skills that extend to your Figma files and layers • Grounds their design decisions in user research and our strategic priorities • Is thorough in their work, internally motivated, and excited about our mission • Experience for 2+ years at a VC-backed (or successful) early-stage, ideally fast-growing, startup company
