Description

• Enhance global People Operations function • Evaluate people programs for effectiveness and scalability • Recommend HR programs developments/changes • Manage culture and engagement programs • Oversee expansion of employment related DEI programs • Manage corporate compensation, equity, and bonus/commission programs • Oversee international, federal, state and local regulatory compliance • Provide leadership and mentorship to department leaders and team members

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Human Resources • Experience growing and scaling a Human Resources department • Experience managing and providing coaching to all levels of an organization • Excellent public speaking and presenting skills • High experience with compensation, benefits, and equity programs; Total Rewards Management • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with managing HR team members remotely, nationwide, preferred • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above
