Description
• We are looking to expand our team of Operations Assistants to support our growing portfolio companies. • This role involves conducting initial screening interviews with prospective job candidates (via video calls).
Requirements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (spelling, grammar, and syntax). • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment Support. • Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platform experience would be a strong plus. • Startup experience or experience in other scrappy, fast-paced environments is strongly preferred. • High proficiency and comfort in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) are required.
