Description

• Explore machine learning opportunities • Investigate and compile new sources of medical data • Provide clinical input to refine existing machine learning architecture • Develop and integrate machine learning algorithms for data processing and analysis • Building models to address business problems • Presenting information using data visualization techniques • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and assist other team members • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 4+ working in Computer Science or a combination of education and experience • Advanced programming language skills in R Programming Language, C++, Python, Java, and Node.JS • Advanced software development and design skills • Basic graduate level understanding of applied mathematics, particularly in the areas of variational calculus and functional analysis • Expertise in machine learning methods and data analysis • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Passion for machine-learning and research • Experience in data mining • Analytical mind and business acumen • Problem-solving aptitude • Excellent communication and presentation skill • R programming language, Python, SQL, SAS required
