Description

• As CFO, act as a key business partner to the executive team. • Guide strategic decision-making, financial operations, and investor relations. • Build and develop a world-class finance function, including accounting and financial operations. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes in partnership with department heads. • Develop financial models to drive strategic business initiatives, including fundraising.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading finance and accounting functions at quickly growing, early-stage startups; • 5+ years of experience managing and building a team • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS metrics, models, and benchmarks • Mastery of financial analysis and forecasting, including experience with three statement financial modeling, preparing statistical reports, and making recommendations based on analysis and research • Strong financial and accounting acumen that is demonstrated internally and externally • Experience with fundraising, possessing the ability to establish trust and build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders • Experience overseeing board preparation and documentation • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with experience partnering across an executive team, especially as it relates to communicating financial data.
