Description

• Oversee and improve provider enrollment processes for government programs. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve enrollment issues. • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies. • Identify and implement process improvements for the enrollment process. • Design and conduct training on provider enrollment and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payer enrollment experience with government programs (Medicare, Medicaid) and commercial health plans. • Strong understanding of federal and state payer regulations, including the Medicare and Medicaid enrollment process. • Experience with payer enrollment software and platforms. • Experience in a client-facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience managing projects related to government healthcare systems. • High attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. • Strong organizational and management skills to handle complex situations, including planning, resource allocation, and tracking. • Proficiency with Google Suite tools (GSheets, GDocs, GMail).
