Description

• Create, design and execute enablement initiatives for GTM teams. • Develop and implement new hire onboarding and certification programs. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for initiatives. • Utilize various delivery mechanisms to reach a distributed GTM organization. • Identify risks, issues, and communicate to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement role. • Experience leading B2B enterprise enablement programs in a remote setting. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Experience with developing new enablement curriculum and collateral. • Experience working with internal product and marketing teams. • Highly organized with effective time management and project management skills. • Ability to assess enablement effectiveness and contribute data demonstrating performance improvements.
