The primary focus will be on generating high-impact, data-driven insights that guide our product strategies and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field with 2+ years of work experience or Bachelors with 5+ years of work experience as a data scientist or data engineer • Experience with experimental design and analysis • Proficient in SQL & business intelligence tools • Competency in Python, R, or another scripting language • Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data • Ability to analyze and condense data to tell a persuasive story • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams • Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive change through influence, and collaborate effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders • Excited and hungry to try new tools and processes to achieve results • Passionate about building delightful products for our customers
