Description
• Oversee and support corporate accounts functions of the Lab sales team • Implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets and service goals for accounts • Responsible for growing Lab distribution footprint • Work closely with field sales team in targeting corporate deals • Own formal RFP process for Lab Sales • Maintain personal contact with key customers in assigned markets • Secure orders from existing and potential customers • Develop and implement sales tools and programs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years related experience • Experience in managing distribution • Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies • Willing to travel up to 65% of the time • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills • Proven presentation skills
