Description
• Oversee and support corporate accounts functions of the Lab sales team • Implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets • Responsible for growing Lab distribution footprint within Acute Care division • Work closely with POs, Field Sales Team, and Corporate Sales • Own formal RFP process for Lab Sales • Present Lab capabilities through customer meetings • Help manage retention of existing deals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years related experience • Experience in managing distribution • Experience preparing business plans to align/support selling strategies • Willing to travel up to 65% of the time for business purposes • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills • Proven presentation skills working with high-level executives within customer accounts
