Description
• Oversee client-facing execution of Blend360 projects. • Support the development of BI proposals, projects & initiatives. • Define BI solutions that fit client needs. • Apply BI best practices and design technical solutions. • Work as the BI tools subject matter expert. • Manage the team working with business users and analysts. • Mentor junior resources and own the team’s deliverables. • Manage team utilization, project budget, and tasks. • Coordinate information distribution to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or closely related fields. • Highly analytical, metrics-driven, with ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions. • Established track record driving business goals through data, BI, and analytics. • Built, grown and led a BI delivery team in a prior senior role. • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities. • Excellent interpersonal skills required. • Attention to detail and passion for precision and accuracy. • Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills. • Utilizes creative strategies to analyze and produce effective documents. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
