📋 Description

• The Senior Director of Business Development is responsible for meeting and exceeding quotas. • The role requires building relationships to create new business pipeline and excellent communication skills. • Must be highly organized and capable of leading multiple deals to completion. • Requires a consultative approach to sales and an understanding of client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience • 5+ years' sales experience, complex sales, solution selling in healthcare or 5+ years in account management with direct payment integrity experience. • Experience selling to Payer/Health Plan market space. • Experience upselling, nurturing business relationships, retaining and expanding our client’s footprint. • Proven record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding quotas. • Capability to bring a network of relationships to help create new business pipeline. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in small/large audiences. • Highly organized and capable of leading multiple deals to completion. • Participate in and lead in competitive sales and RFP opportunities. • Highly developed organizational abilities as well as time management skills. • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM software (Salesforce). • 3+ years’ payment integrity or FW&A
