Description

• The Agile & IT Process Consultant provides guidance to Medrio’s Product & Technology division for Agile transformation. • Collaborate with leaders to develop tailored strategies for improvement and efficiency. • Ensure cross-department alignment to improve productivity. • Includes project management for cross-functional initiatives and problem management coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an Agile Coach, SDLC Process Consultant, Scrum Master, or Product Owner. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience implementing Agile practices. • Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and process reengineering. • Strong experience with Jira, ideally as a project admin, site admin, or organization admin.
