📋 Description

• As a solutions consultant, you will play a critical role in the sales process by demonstrating the value of MedTrainer’s platform to prospective healthcare clients. • You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex compliance and credentialing challenges into scalable solutions using MedTrainer’s technology. • Your ability to engage, educate, and consult with stakeholders will be key in driving new business and expanding our customer base. • Lead product demonstrations tailored to healthcare organizations, showcasing MedTrainer’s learning, compliance, and credentialing solutions. • Partner with sales executives to identify client pain points and align solutions to their needs. • Customize presentations and ROI discussions for decision-makers, including HR, compliance, and credentialing teams. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and address industry-specific challenges. • Stay updated on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends to guide client conversations. • Assist in RFPs, technical questions, and proof-of-concept implementations when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in SaaS sales, pre-sales consulting, or healthcare technology experience (learning, compliance, or credentialing experience preferred). • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing, or workforce training. • Excellent presentation and communication skills with C-level and department leaders. • Ability to simplify complex topics and articulate business value. • Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce and virtual sales tools such as Zoom or Gong. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and consultative mindset with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
