• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting OR Advanced Degree with 8+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering • MBA in Finance is desirable • Contracting experience • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver tough messages aimed at enabling the sales management team and CST to succeed • Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data for decision making • Solid business acumen • Self-motivated and goal oriented • Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion • Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills
