• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience • Fluent in German and English spoken and written • Minimum 5 -10 years relevant experience with a proven track record in overachieving commercial targets • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and excellent business acumen • In depth knowledge and experience working within the German healthcare system • Ability to travel across the region for customer engagement events and business meetings (>50%).
