• Achieve & strive to exceed revenue, margin and profitability objectives • Recruit, hire, train, develop & manage a national team • Lead regional opportunity development & opportunity management strategies • Collaborate across key internal stakeholder groups to identify and address trends • Ensure all regulatory and product specific guidelines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience • Fluent in German and English spoken and written • Minimum 5 -10 years relevant experience with a proven track record in overachieving commercial targets • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and excellent business acumen • In depth knowledge and experience working within the German healthcare system • Ability to travel across the region for customer engagement events and business meetings (>50%).
