• The Sr. Contract & Commercial Operations Analyst has the responsibility to manage contracts and commercial operations for the Neuromodulation business • This role will manage process and technology to support commercial activities and improve sales and innovation • Overseeing day-to-day operations, performing sales analyses with a focus on long-term company growth • Review contract terms and conditions before signing and negotiating favorable terms with other parties on behalf of Medtronic. • Provides proactive business analytics support & analysis to Commercial Leadership and the field sales organization • Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. • Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Requirements

• Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree • 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. • Nice to Have Experience in presenting data and analysis to multiple members • Experience creating sales reports, including use of database manipulation
