📋 Description

• Manage value creation projects from detailed planning through execution while meeting delivery, quality and cost goals • Lead cross functional teams including design, quality, operations, category management to ensure successful completion of projects and business goals • Work actively with business, sites, contract manufacturing and key strategic suppliers to meet project timing and milestones • Develop, communicate, and document project strategies and plans including budget, detailed schedule creation/maintenance, and KPIs • Perform cost/benefit analysis to determine feasibility of project in initiation process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of business process, Engineering Program Management and/or project management experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of business process and/or project management experience • Advanced Degree • PMP Certification • Experience leading projects/programs including financial accountability • Experience working with suppliers and/or contract manufacturers • Financial management skills • Experience working in medical device completing programs/projects for design changes • Experience leading cross functional teams • Medical Device industry experience • Demonstrated strong business acumen and planning experience • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening (with all levels of the organization) • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable to work with unknowns and developing roadmaps • Ability to influence business leaders, stakeholders and individual contributors • MS Project software experience • Ability to travel occasionally • Ability to work on multiple projects and understand when escalations area required ensuring flawless execution and proper delivery
