Description

• MEDVA is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist with a focus on healthcare to join our growing team. • The ideal candidate will bring HR expertise, preferably with experience in the U.S. healthcare industry, particularly in psychiatry. • This role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. • Key Responsibilities: • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. • Employee File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with regulatory and company standards. • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. • Utilize HR software and EHR systems to streamline and automate HR processes. • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to resolve HR-related issues. • Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. • HR experience in the U.S. healthcare industry, with a focus on psychiatry. • Strong proficiency in HR software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices related to human resources. • Strong understanding of employee relations and experience in conflict resolution. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience with remote team management is a plus.
