Description

• Manage Alleyoop’s social media presence from start to finish. • Own the social media calendar, updating it based on campaign needs. • Write social captions, schedule, and post daily content across social channels. • In-house content creation – must be comfortable in front of the camera. • Work closely with marketing to ensure brand story alignment. • Coordinate with influencers for product gifting campaigns and launches. • Work with CX to field customer service issues on social platforms. • Reach out to non-competitive brands for collaborations. • Present social data and learnings to the leadership team weekly/monthly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of social media marketing experience with a consumer brand – preferably beauty. • Community engagement is at the core of everything you do. • Demonstrated ability and track record of a robust cross-channel strategy. • Experience managing a team of direct reports and/or content creators. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred. • Must have knowledge of social media analytics and tool sets. • Social video content creation, production & editing experience for TikTok and IG Reels. • Photoshop and/or Indesign experience for basic asset creation is a huge plus. • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
