• Dandy is transforming the massive ($200B) but antiquated dental industry. • Dandy is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for senior-level and individual contributor positions within the GTM and G&A teams. • Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent. • Serve as a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing advice on compensation, market insights, and strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the GTM and G&A sectors, collaborating with hiring managers and successfully closing candidates. • Excellent networking skills and the ability to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across various business functions • Exceptional communicator with the capability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices, serving as a strategic business partner. • Experienced in utilizing recruiting metrics to identify challenges, provide insights, and guide decisions.
