Description

• Work directly with Summer’s users to help them navigate Summer’s tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs • Engage with users via email, live chat and text within our SLAs • Review and submit applications for federal loan programs • Understand Summer's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs • Proactively suggest ideas and automations that can help scale the team • Collaborate with the Member Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant work experience. Experience with start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support is preferred • Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is a plus
