📋 Description

• Responsible for configuration and delivery of product demonstrations for ServiceNow's product solutions • Develop sales proposals including project scoping, sizing and resource plans • Prepare client tuned proof of concepts and proof of value demonstrations leveraging DEMOHUB Partner Demo Instances • Lead technical sales conversations demonstrating product features and capabilities and conveying business value • Advise customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices • Be a key member on pre-sales pitches and joint pursuit teams • Identify improvements, new capabilities, industry trends and competitive landscapes • Define, solution and size project proposals according to standards and effective strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated pre-sales solution consulting experience preferably with ServiceNow • Minimum 5 years demonstrated deep functional and technical experience in ServiceNow implementations • Working knowledge of web service standards such as SOAP, REST, XML, etc. • Working knowledge of web API’s, Data integrations/ETL, Relational Databases • Working knowledge of SaaS / PaaS environments such as AWS, Azure • Working knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS/LESS • Working knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO technologies and standards • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines • Demonstrated experience in client facing, technical consulting and advising roles • Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist
