📋 Description
• Manages all sub-contractors for timely completion, quality, ensure project is built according to plans, specifications, schedule and budget. • Directs and supervises field personnel with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. • Read, interpret and understand all project documentation such as insurance, permitting, project scheduling, QA/QC requirements, blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and assembly instruction. • Document delays/changes; Daily Completion of RFI's. • Maintain and monitor quality standards. • Ability to make mathematical computations for load calculations. • Coordinate meetings, or contact permitting, building, public works, fire, and police officials as required. • Must assist in field installations when required. • Up to 75-100% travel required (regional and national).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations. • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays. • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems. • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
