Requirements

ā€¢ Minimum 2 years experience in sales of fintech, banking or technology products ā€¢ Knowledge of basic principles of digital marketing - foundations of social media, managing the advertising campaigns, benefits, risks. ā€¢ Experience with B2C clients (B2B), knowledge of sales cycles, ability to manage long-term customer relations ā€¢ Excellent communication skills and negotiating experience with C-level executives, as well as ability to promote complex fintech solutions ā€¢ Understanding of current trends in the fintech industry, market developing tendencies and risks. ā€¢ Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information ā€¢ English - upper B2 level, Russian - fluently ā€¢ Ability to work in dynamic environment ā€¢ The ability to travel on business trips across Europe. ā€¢ Proactivity and result-oriented mindset, ability to develop sales strategies and implement them to achieve KPI ā€¢ Will be a plus: ā€¢ Higher education in finance, economics (marketing education would be an advantage) ā€¢ Ability to collaborate within a tam and work independently.
