📋 Description

• About Colla Health We help people with cancer improve their quality of life by providing behavioral healthcare to the 17 million cancer patients in the US as an extension of their medical treatment. • One out of every three cancer patients has a diagnosed mental health condition their mental health challenges, exacerbating quality of life, worsening health outcomes, and increasing their total cost of care to the system. • We are on a mission to provide relevant, accessible behavioral health at the point of care that is embedded within a patient’s oncology practice. • The Psychiatric Consultant supports the collaborative care team, including the clinic provider, patient, and Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM); • Support collaboration remotely and / or in-person with clinic providers by participating in multi-disciplinary activities such as Tumor Board and Clinic Trainings. • Ideally this person joins us in a contract-to-hire arrangement, starting with 5 - 15 hours per week before converting to full-time later in the year.

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting • Excellent communication skills • Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude • Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric data and formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations
