Description

• Design, execute, and improve key people development programs including Performance Reviews and Engagement Surveys. • Lead new hire onboarding, cultivate a positive environment, and support employee development programs. • Manage vendor partnerships and assess new development tools and platforms for growth. • Strengthen program management best practices to help scale the People Team's impact.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in program/project management, ideally within HR, Talent Management, Recruiting or Learning & Development functions. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with people across many different work styles and foster collaboration across remote teams. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. • Comfortable working in ambiguous, ever-changing environments, and able to adapt and pivot with ease. • Flexibility and adaptability to tackle a wide variety of projects and programs, and expand into new areas of ownership as our team grows. • Experience with facilitation, and comfort with leading meetings and employee trainings. • Strategic thinker who can operate from first principles and introduce innovative approaches to the way we do things. • Familiarity with tools like Lattice and other HR/talent management systems is a plus.
