Description

β€’ Design and execute key people development programs including Performance Reviews and New Hire Onboarding. β€’ Lead performance reviews and engagement surveys, driving clarity on programs for employees. β€’ Manage program communications and create content for educational purposes. β€’ Evaluate program success using refined data collection methods. β€’ Cultivate a positive onboarding experience for new hires. β€’ Support development programs for managers and employees. β€’ Manage vendor partnerships and tools for performance management.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of proven experience in program/project management, ideally within HR, Talent Management, Recruiting or Learning & Development functions. β€’ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with people across many different work styles and foster collaboration across remote teams β€’ Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously β€’ Comfortable working in ambiguous, ever-changing environments, and able to adapt and pivot with ease β€’ Flexibility and adaptability to tackle a wide variety of projects and programs, and expand into new areas of ownership as our team grows β€’ Experience with facilitation, and comfort with leading meetings and employee trainings β€’ Strategic thinker who can operate from first principles and introduce innovative approaches to the way we do things β€’ Familiarity with tools like Lattice and other HR/talent management systems is a plus.
