Description

• Support Mercury Product Launches • Operationalize alpha and beta programs and synthesize feedback into insights • Synthesize customer feedback related to new product initiatives as input for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams • Ensure that product releases are flawless through documentation, enablement and context sharing across the organization • Own product documentation such as help center articles and FAQs • Ensure roadmaps are accurate and communication is effective • Support product teams with post-launch insights • Maintain key sources of truth for EPD org and cross-functional teams • Work on projects that drive process improvements for the broader EPD org

Requirements

• 5 years experience with 2 years working in product management, product operations, or strategy & operations roles, ideally in a fast growing business • Experience driving the successful execution of complex cross-functional initiatives • Track record of building enduring and impactful solutions • Experience interpreting and communicating qualitative and quantitative feedback to create product recommendations • Enthusiasm for and experience with coaching and leveling up more junior team members • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and time management skills • Comfort solving ambiguous problems and seeking simple solutions
