Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in outside sales or field sales roles, demonstrating success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and closing deals effectively. β€’ Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to drive results in a dynamic field sales environment. β€’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client information, tracking sales activities, and following up on leads. β€’ Familiarity with sales techniques, CRM software usage for tracking activities, and a valid driver's license for travel within Texas.
