β€’ Responsible for new business acquisition, account growth, and optimization within the mortgage lead generation space β€’ Proactively work on prospecting, closing, and growing Mortgage Lenders, Banks, and Brokers for the Lendgo Network β€’ Work closely with Manager daily and related business partners to ensure a premium experience and a high level of success β€’ Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals β€’ Ability to close transactional sales β€’ Advanced phone sales skills β€’ Remain current and proficient on products and processes in a multi-product environment β€’ Consistently attain monthly sales goals β€’ Make outbound telephone calls to source, follow up on, and close new business β€’ Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed

Requirements

β€’ 3 or more years B2B sales experience in the mortgage or financial services field β€’ Familiarity with the Mortgage Industry, products, and processes is a plus β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, social skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment β€’ Enthusiasm and drive to make outbound telephone calls, obtain referrals, build a robust pipeline and close new business β€’ Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment β€’ Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage day-to-day tasks β€’ Proactive thinking and problem-solving β€’ Comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques β€’ Dedicated to delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
