β€’ Qualify new sales opportunities through Outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats. β€’ Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way β€’ Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages β€’ Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts β€’ Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships β€’ Demonstrate AI Service Management solution and align value to customer pain points β€’ Close sales with a $1M quota β€’ Maintain and expand list of assigned prospects

Requirements

β€’ Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more β€’ Competitive team player β€’ Avid learner of Technology β€’ Ability to build positive relationships and influence β€’ Strong communications and interpersonal skills β€’ 3-10yrs experience in Enterprise Account management and sales β€’ Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations β€’ Experience with generating pipeline through cold calling β€’ Understanding of sales process β€’ Positive attitude and willingness to achieve goals β€’ Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging β€’ Ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Problem-solving passion and service orientation β€’ Independence and flexibility in dealing with change management β€’ Able to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources β€’ Composed, poised and professional demeanor β€’ Strong problem-solving and service orientation
