Description

β€’ Develop and foster new relationships for Beamery through strategic account-based selling efforts. β€’ Navigate key senior decision-makers within the enterprise account segment to identify opportunities and drive sales. β€’ Lead in-depth conversations with decision-makers about the Talent/HR transformation strategy needs of renowned brands. β€’ Initiate, negotiate, and secure new customers while also driving growth within the existing customer base through product and usage upsells. β€’ Provide strategic guidance to customers, supporting their talent transformation agenda and identifying opportunities for expansion. β€’ Experience successfully selling SaaS solutions; a huge plus if you have sold Talent, HCM/HR software solutions or have a foundation in Recruitment, Talent or HR β€’ Proven credibility consulting and authentically engaging with C-Suite level decision makers (e.g. CHRO, CPO, VP Talent, etc) β€’ Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts. β€’ Experience navigating complex sales cycles, bringing in seven-figure deals, and building lasting relationships with global brands. β€’ Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients. β€’ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal priorities.

Requirements
