Description
• Develop and negotiate contracts to support partner initiatives. • Oversee all activities and matters within MeridianLink's regulatory compliance framework. • Manage and resolve commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Requirements
• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar passage in a one of the contiguous 48 states. • 6+ years of experience with commercial contracts with 2+ years on the vendor side. • 2+ years' experience with partner contracts.
