Description

• The Sr. Manager, Finance Transformation will be focusing on change management strategy • The role will oversee complex financial programs designed to enable operational excellence • The role is responsible for partnering with senior executives and financial leaders to implement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience • Experience in finance transformation, management consulting, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional finance transformation programs with measurable impact on business performance • Experience with financial systems implementation and optimizing financial processes such as order-to-cash (OTC), procure-to-pay (P2P), and financial reporting within SaaS environments • Ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams • Experience collaborating with finance and accounting executives • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions • Experience developing and leading change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of initiatives, and minimizing disruption • Experience in data-driven decision-making and developing insights from business metrics • Proficiency in leveraging data for process optimization and finance transformation
